The History of Visitor International, Celebrating 50 years in 2025
Before the internet or smartphones, Visitor International was already guiding travelers to great experiences. Founded in 1975, it has evolved from brochure displays to a global network combining print and digital. This short history charts some key milestones—and shows how the association members continue to inspire discovery around the world.
